Leadership capability

A2G was founded by Adrian Blanchette, a former senior operational risk executive who spent over two decades leading global operations and new market entry for a major international risk, resilience, and operational support provider—supporting government and enterprise clients in challenging regions. Today, that leadership experience is applied to advising sovereign entities, development institutions, and commercial operators on high-risk delivery, governance, and standardising operational performance across platforms—particularly during complex growth and post-acquisition integration.
